Filming Begins For High School Musical 3: Senior Year

Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens were seen heading for the LAX airport the other day…rumor is they are headed to Utah to start filming High School Musical 3!!!

Things are starting to roll for this movie now and it has so much buzz it’s not even funny.

High School Musical: Senior Year

The cast of “High School Musical” is ready for another sequel in the hit movie franchise. Cast members, including Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, arrived in Salt Lake City this week to start rehearsals. The movie, which will debut in theaters - not the Disney Channel - in the late fall, will be shot entirely in Salt Lake County, mostly at the Wildcats’ school, East High. Filming begins at the end of April.

Ashley’s Back And Around Town Already

Ashley Tisdale has been seen all over town since she’s been back from filming her new movie.  Yesterday the “High School Musical” beauty was spotted spending some quality time with her boyfriend, Jared Murillo.  They stopped for a smoothie and McDonalds before heading over to Sony Studios via Tizzie’s Porsche to catch the taping of America’s Best Dance Crew .

Ashley’s Back from New Zealand!

Ashley Tisdale, the High School Musical star, stopped by her local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Toluca Lake on Saturday  (March 15) with her mom and her pet puppy, Maui.  Ashley is back in town from filming her new movie, They Came From Upstairs in New Zealand.  The adventure/ fantasy flick is about a group of kids who must protect their vacation home from invading aliens, due to hit theaters in January of 2009.  Welcome Back Ashley!

Ashley In New Zealand With Goodnight Nurse

Ashley Tisdale got her wish.  The 22-year-old actress - who has been in New Zealand for four weeks, shooting the $60 million comedy, They Came From Upstairs was hoping to see Auckland band, Goodnight Nurse play live. “I saw their music video on MTV. I absolutely love them, I’m a really big fan.”  This week, she got to rock out with them at Jam in the Park and a bonus photo opp.

On the Billboard Hot 100 chart of 2006-02-11, Ashley became the first female ever to debut with 2 songs simultaneously. The songs, Bop to the Top and What I’ve Been Looking For were both duets with Lucas Grabeel from High School Musical.
