Puppy love

I changed my mind. Rihanna’s puppy has lost its “World’s Cutest Puppy” title to Ashley Tisdale’s dog! Now if only her outfit was as cute as her dog… Something about the buttons/hot pink shirt/shiny shoes/visible ankle is throwing off the look… Am I wrong?
